BPI Sports Build-HD Reviews

BPI Sports Build HD Reviews creatine reviews supplement reviews creatine reviews bpi sports build hd bpi sports There are many different form of creatine coming out on the market such as, Creatine Ethyl Ester, Kre-Alkalyn etc.. I always choose to stick to the tried and true Creatine Monohydrate. BPI’s Build-HD is a Creatine monohydrate product, with some awesome ingredients added to it!

Ingredients- 10/10

Let’s list the ingredients in Build-HD and analyze them:

  • Creatine Monohydrate – helps increase lean muscle mass, strength and energy
  • L-Aspartic Acid – helps synthesize other amino acids, one of the building blocks for protein
  • L-Carnitine – burning of body fat, mental cognition, increase levels of free testosterone, increase in muscle mass
  • CoQ10 – great anti-oxidant, improves cardio-vascular health, lowers blood pressure, and boots your immune system
  • Alpha-GPC and Phosphatidycholine – rapid delivery of choline to the brain, enhance memory and cognition

And the Build-HD has o sugars, no maltodextrin, and it’s stimulant free.

Mixability- 10/10

With six a small scoop of 4.5 g pretty much mixes itself when you add water. The product stays suspended in water very well doesn’t settle at the bottom.

Taste – 9/10

BPI Build-HD is available in 5 different flavours, Watermelon, Fruit Punch, White Raspberry, Grape Bubblegum and Lemonade. I’m currently using the Watermelon and like it a lot! The fruit punch is also great.

Effectivness – 10/10

BPI Build-HD is a great creatine product, with my preferred form of creatine in it (monohydrate). Also a good dose of 3000mg of creatine per serving. I had been off creatine for awhile so once I started taking this product my strength, size and endurance shot up very fast. I set a new personal best by doing 150lb db incline presses for 5 reps, before I could only do 140lb for the same amount of reps. I did notice a drop in body fat to after a couple weeks, which would be from the L-Carnitine.

Overall – 9.75/10

What really drew me to this product was all the extra’s added in the Creatine Monohydrate, especially the L-Carnitine and CoQ10, two products I use on a regular basis now to have them combined with my preworkout shake is great. All of these ingredients really help enhance the effectiveness of this product. Also this is one of the only products that has ingredients that utilize the brain’s function to enhance muscle growth. I will be trading in my flavourless straight Creatine Mondohydrate powder and sticking to Build-HD. If you have any thoughts on this creatine supplement or your own BPI Sports Build-HD reviews, send them my way. If you’re interested in buying the supplement, I recommend this website that carries all 5 flavours.
